I think it is a case of irrespective as to what some think or don't think about management any announcement should see the sp go for a strong run. That is pretty much the case with any stock at this level as 100 - 500% can be achieved easily with news.

As they are apparently working on four transactions and from what I gathered docs were being prepared for one or two of them then one would assume news is out soon. When.... the sooner the better as far as I am concerned.

Obviously some 40m shares were traded between .03 and .05 over the last two months so no doubt some will be wanting to take a profits.
