Little information about the operating business. It is a highly profitable business and a great cash generator. No debt and considerable cash on hand. Why would RIS need to make a share issue? An original share holders sold out at A$0 .165 recently, close to Net Asset Backing . The share have traded at a discount this price for much of the time RIS has been listed.

It would appear the RIS has the capacity to pay dividends, but director seem to rather accumulate cash.

There seems to be an opportunity to invest surplus cash even at today low interest rats of 3% + would generate sufficient funds to pay a dividend.

If anything were to happen a takeover by the original majority share holders of RIS would seem to be the most logical step, a highly profitable business that would be a better investment as a private company - a great investment that could be leverages at current low borrowing interest rates.
