Been following this baby for some time and cannot commit until it bulks up its capacity to get the job done

KIS needs to attract a key investor -finance up and start to seriously mine the project otherwise this will be drawn out for the very long term and SP will dribble and then slide south.

Build the infrastructure and mine and the money will follow and push this SP to respectable levels.

Like you sit back invest elsewhere until key investment money comes - Love the potential and certainly viable but who's trying to sell it to a key investor? Grab it on the way up on the back of some positive news IMHO
