    try dividing MOG's 15% into MEO's 70%
    you get 4.6
    now multiply that by MOG's market cap of say 40 mil
    and you get =186.666mill
    that should be MEO's market cap based on the MOG market cap.
    if you are just looking at this permit before the farmin to be announced.
