lets price in a few things like the instos try and do looking 6-12 mths in advance and then it all might make a bit of sense why the SP of BOL has declined so rapidly.
assuming labour gets in and then stuffs the economy up(curtousy of union domination in all areas of business)putting pressure on interest rates to rise to whatever levels then you have demand for lots of things most importantly including building new offices on the SHARP decline!!!
you then potentially get into a situation of office oversupply at current levels in the cbd of capital cities
