Zero sponsoring broker support , where is NZ first Capital , listing 101 you must have a "green shoe" to manage the initial trading , they are AWOL .
Float incorrectly priced if its not in a +- 15% range of the listing price .
Surely the broker would have locked up seed funders from selling for 6 months from float ?
Company has promise but something smells ???
