The Federal Government put the boot into Derby when they closed the detention centre, put the town back ten years as well as affecting a great many people financially.
The region desperately needs this project to go ahead, I think all will be fine. Worst case scenario more negotiations until the locals are satisfied their wallets will be sufficiently filled.
