Thanks so much Wineman71, this is exactly what I had thought and makes me wonder why there may be so much weight given to the decision that we are all waiting for - I do understand there is some uncertainty, but the project IS GOING AHEAD regardless - and probably with minimal negative impact on the forward projections and debt repayment structure/profitability, that has been postulated by the company!!!
The only REAL difference the current decision will make, is to the timing, which MAY be pushed back marginally!
