Thanks MM, the options you post are correct in terms of the next potential steps - I guess what I am trying to figure out is; what is the worst case scenario?
Is there a circumstance where the project will collapse and not proceed?
To my way of thinking, that would be highly unlikely, but am not certain.
The answer would/could have a major influence on buying or selling decisions.
Hope someone may have an insight or two?
