The short term loan from Magna indicates to me that they are willing to continue backing the company. I expect the loan will be paid out with money from the impending issue.

I'm just concerned that they could decide to essentially "refloat" the company with a massive share issue (massive dilution) pay out the finance (debt makes slaves of us all) and then wind back operations until a more favourable share price is achieved.

The one thing they have been extremely quiet on is the continued exploration and proving up of additional resources. This is what the company management were brilliant at.
