Thanks for your reply borrolloola, I hope you will send your proxy vote in, I am disappointed that the AGM date of the 4th which I had booked a short term holiday weekend , I don't know your situation but I had to shorten my break to 2. Days instead of 4 so I could attend this AGM .

I AGREE WITH YOU every share holder should firstly question there remuneration resolution that they want to pass as I agree they do not deserve it . They have not proven anything , and I must admit , if I was Magna I would not be voting for this resolution either, I would be telling them prove their worth , then ask , but not before.

Everyone who is a shareholder in this forum should attend the AGM and firstly ask the questions that need to be asked , then vote on these resolutions , as like you I do not believe when the company sounds like it is struggling with cash flow that the board cannot lead by example and actually take a pay cut . Maybe part of the reason is that they have not got enough SKIN IN THE GAME themselves, because if they did they would most likely have a different approach.

EVERYONE SHOULD GO TO THE AGM, AND IF THEY CAN''T lodge their proxy vote .

Good luck to all CCU shareholders , lets not let this company go down, BORROLOOLA has a good point . I too along with other shareholders I personally know am disappointed with the performance of this company.
