I suggest you vote the Remuneration Report down. If 2 consecutive remuneration reports receive 25% No votes, then the Board is required to be spilled, See below:

I am angry with the Board who are still on their generous salaries. I remember around when the company got its mining licence and the mine was just about built, the Board gave themselves a healthy increase in their salary. I remember, no one really minded because of the euphoria of silver about to be poured.

My feelings were, let us see your 'name-plate' production levels first, then you can get your bonuses and increased remunerations.

So, morally the Board should have their salaries slashed because nothing has been meet.

Instead what we have is the opposite.

Shareholders have to speak up, it is your company.

Vote down the remuneration report.
