My feeling is this company is going to have to go through a bit of a restructure, shareholding wise, to stay afloat in the short term. Even if they get up to nameplate, costs are too high and extra capital is required. Look at the resolutions for the AGM. There is no way they won't be voted in. End result, Magna end up with a majority stake. Good news being, they don't seem to be interested in running the company day to day, just owning it.
I could see a real possibility that Magna wade in, pay out the loans, put the mine on Care and Maintenance until the price of silver improves.
Small long term holders will get burnt by the additional capital raisings for the sake of preserving the company. It's a stink situation, but I don't see any way around it.
My position is to step aside until the smoke has cleared and then jump back in after that.
