Viking Energy say they want to bring Cadlao on line in Q2-Q3 2013. They say they are part of a JV partner called CADCO which they say owns 80% of SC6, the rest being VenturOil. Looks like Viking are 50/50 with Blade in CADCO.

But I'm not sure if all this is done and dusted yet.
