Fact: the scoping study numbers were due end March and are now over due

Now I wonder why that is - perhaps the costs to get into production are too high

Perhaps they are still working on the final numbers

Which ever it is - being over dur does not show good management

In production by 2015 what a fantasy that is - when will your good management come clean and tell the truth.

Where are the off take agreements, you will never get into production if you have no one to sell the product to.

Rule #1 in marketing - start with a product that others will want.
