ltl, should have added that CUX's 300K is way less than GB's salary, a fraction of their wages bill, wouldn't cover the lease on their premises, much less their "advertising" bill and probably more than they spent on trying to find a resource in the last 12 months. Let you in on a secret, I spent $1600 a night in a suite at the Roskill's RE Con in HK last Nov & George was tucked up in similar fashion. Great to watch your money hard at work. Interesting watching these guys amongst their peers, GB is a fish out of water. Geoff E would blow them off in a heartbeat, got dirt under the fingernails.
