Are we all forgetting the "elephant" in the room?

Where is the starting material to line the refractory smelter coming from and who / he is it going to be acquired. The Chinese are restricting exports of tungsten causing supply to be restricted. Without a lining, the smelter is a white elephant, or worse still, a tragic comedy, only eclipsed by the Greek tragedy. So worrying about directors fees, etc., is pointless as we don't have producing mine, we don't have a working smelter, and we don't have a clue.
