in AGM Presentation just after the share consolidation.

Does this means that to attract Insto to buy in, the first thing is to consolidate, and issue new share to Insto?  this will becomes dilution to existing shareholders.

Or existing top 20 shareholders going to let go some to Insto?  this will cut ppl lunch money if everyone knows price will go up.
