So China Telecom have 18,971.200 customers in the 4 cities mentioned, Netlinkz Management plan to sign approx 6% of these clients in first year...This is approx 1,138,272 Vins at .90 cents each average .
So within 12 months NET will be receiving from China approx $1,024,445 per month - $12.3 million per year.... Current yearly cost approx 1.8m, add say another 700k for extra staff etc and this means Net profit of approx 9.8 million...
Here is the kicker NET is expanding in the province which has 13 cities and has outlined 9 cities are ready to go, with 4 only being deployed at present. Extra City deployment imminent apparently.
China being a communist country may well be told to use NET tech and go to the cloud.. They don't want VPN they want VIN... so the 5-7% take up may be way under, it may be a whole lot more..
China has many more provinces to expand into......Woweeeeeeeeeeeee...
Also at the AGM the CEO stated expansion into Europe and USA was going to start Jan/Feb.
