KSX is the typical spec stock.... great product/tenement, but needs the re-rater...

This COULD be the re-rater. The KSX product is world class, but getting it to market and big sales has been the problem..... this deal goes along way to verifing the quality of the product, and even better for the future sales pipeline.

They could not have signed anyone bigger by the looks of it..

Good upside vs downside here IMHO.
