Correct me if I'm wrong but it appears to me that embargos are there
for the relevant conference to get the credit for where news was released....
How do we take that? From my part, I can't see it being anything but good,
if only from the fact that it was accepted for late entry and something as simple
as "why go to the trouble for nothing"..
If good, how good? Is the question....
