Next financial year harvest is a big one. Analyst estimates will be based on the revenue received from those harvests and harvests into the future. I don't think it will hit $3 within 12 months, but this is certainly worth that price tag in terms of intrinsic value. It might take a few years once NPAT ramps up and it becomes bleedingly obvious how much this is worth. Australian investors have been burned in the past by forestry stocks - hence the low volumes and annual volatility on this.
