I am certain that any interested party would be doing a double due diligence.One on ARH and most definitely one on CITIC.I would not be surprised if any opinions re going ahead with ARH that are influenced by the CITIC experience are deferred till sufficient time has elapsed in order to more accurately evaluate the success of CITIC,the capex,profitability etc .
