This ann could be read very positively. That Mr Goh Thee Woon has made moves to transfer the shares to his own name, and executed a formal agreement this September, appears to indicate a cooperative action with intent to pay at some time. Mr Goh would hardly do that just to make it easier for NSP to sue him (as the ann seems to imply). Mr Goh’s leading position in SE Asian business circles and his potential value to our company (discussed here previously), suggests that NSP is most unlikely to undertake such litigation. The fact that the ann says that they would do so indicates a confidence that it won’t come to that, while at the same time placating certain shareholders.

I’m still hoping that Mr Goh may be able to make introductions of further stake holders in PrIME Biologics. It would certainly be in his interest as well as ours.

You could take up Sydney’s suggestion, FactorX, of making an offer to lend $100k but perhaps at 11%. You would be ahead of the queue, would be doing something useful, and could smile again about NSP. There haven’t actually been hundreds of questions; just endless repetition here of the same ones. What outcome did you expect?

Directors buying shares doesn’t provide any capital for the company.
