Thought I'd review what MPJ is currently working on, per the latest Ann, and what to expect:
Eastern sequence - Holes 0026 & 0027 - well developed zones of disseminated, blebby and narrow veinlet massive nickel bearing sulphides with spot readings of up to 7 per cent nickel from portable Niton XRF. Assays are pending on both these holes. Thus a new target to be drilled adjacent to 0027. The best prospect currently and may be done by now.
Talc Lake West - Hole 0023 mineralisation is confirmed and new strong late time conductor identified. Co-related is 0028, still considered a high priority target, yet DHEM was thwarted due to a blockage. A work-around was the employed on re-surveying surrounding holes using updated EM equipment in order to better define this conductor prior to further drilling.
Narrow Neck - Hole 0029 revealed a new strong off hole conductor. This position is potentially coincident with the basal contact of the (western) ultramafic sequence. Work is ongoing to refine the target prior to further drilling.
Copter Cover - Prospect secures the northern strike extension of the eastern (presumed basal) sequences. 0032 most promising hole drilled and DHEM survey should now be completed.
Roe 1 & 2 - seems relegated to the next drill campaign.
Whilst they haven't given up on the western sequence just yet, despite identifying the eastern sequence as the main basal ultramafic channel, nothing screams overt excitement right now. Thus I'm resigned to the ongoing exploration process, helpfully explained by @helmenesh, a 73 yo geoscientist and nickel investor in SGO:
So, let us focus on the real purpose of these drilling programmes. they are not just designed for intersecting economic ore bodies. Information derived from drilling lets the geoscientists understand , the chemistry, structure, lithology stratigraphy and many other important aspects in exploring for the earths resources. A lot more drilling is required in this play...

Otherwise Christmas greetings to all and best wishes to MPJ for a prosperous 2016.
