While i am sympathetic to your plight, i just cant believe you would have bought these shares without knowing the precarious situation they have been in for a very long time.
If you did not know how risky Apex was then you must be a fool. If you did know, then you have no right to complain as that was the risk you were prepared to take to get what would be perceived as a potential big return.
Good luck, but i fear the worst for the future of AXM.
