So, OPEC says - hey Iran, Venezuala, Russia etc etc - we all know Iran won't cut back on production but thats OK we are happy for them to push up numbers while we cut back. That will give them more cash as prices go up - and hey, those shalers and the poor old fellas in the US, they deserve a break. Lets cut back on our production and give these guys a break. After all we all live in the same universe and fair is fair. And China is increasing exports now as they reduce inventory, as they expect lower prices - so lets do this. Production cuts for us and let the others rejoice
