disagree about high debt. I feel their gearing is superb. When did 32% at this stage of the cycle get relegated to 'high debt'?
Worley has ongoing multi year contracts, and unlike the small highly leveraged miners, that probably will be taken out as distressed assets, Worley will benefit from the M&A activity. BHP just freed up 10bln for M&A. PE has been accumulating for this trough in the commodities cycle, and when the M&A activity comes in, players like Worley will see increased demand.
I am not saying I am ultra bullish - but I am comfortable with the results, gearing and outlook given
