Look at the market cap! The current price grossly overstates their worth. Look at the pending dillution. No, there will not be any dillution. This share will decline to zero and die. Sin Tang know what they are doing. Take anything they can get.
Look at CAP or others in their vicinity, and compare with FWL.
Look at the FWL risk, and tell me who will fund it! You posters here are a pack of dreamers!
