re: heathgate to buy out its 25 pc stake the spin offs will continue

zinc co will float on tight market cap...

a second iron ore spin off will occur in second half this year....

the Snake Well project will progress closer to production for short term cash flow...

heathgate's presence will extend only to a buy out of the 25% interest GIR has at Lake Frome, so will likely involve a large cash settlement which may result in a return of capital to GIR shareholders...

again... cannot think of a reason why you would want to sell
