Yes Possible, but you must first change the perception of the customer so that they put WOW as the first place to buy. Customers consider 3 things;
1. Perception of Convenience
2. Perception of Value
3. Perception of Service
Whatever we buy we always think of those three. WOW will not materially increase sales due to convenience as they either already are or not. Value and Service are the keys. They are working on Value but the Service side is highly variable IMO.
They need to change peoples perception so that when they think shopping, they always put WOW at the top of the list and only then come up with reasons why not to shop there.
