I do agree with your points, and this is already factored into the share price - 50% down in 2years. However i do believe the company is ready for a turn-around, the ASX 200 has a good track record for companies that turn around, and with it, the lucrative returns.
In my opinion, its all about when it would happen, and i believe this turn around has already started. You can see in the news their trying to free cash flow, improve packaging and sell Masters, all in an attempt to turn around the company. Sure nothing is instant, but it is a start, and i can easily see WOW at $30 + a share by the end of the year.
