there are differing degrees of "cartel".
the type that the ACCC is too stupid to pick up on is the way to go.
maybe and then again, probably, there already is this type of cartel in place undermining Aldi.
ps- Woolies and Coles have equal market share, so they know it is fruitless to battle each other.
the best way to make easy dough is to undermine Atom Ant-Aldi.
