Unfortunately a duopoly (or market structure in general) does not constitute a moat.
There are 3 types of moats:
1) supply moats: cost advantages that allow a company to produce at cheaper costs than competitors
2) demand moats: high customer switching costs, and network effects
3) economies of scale: the ability to lower unit costs due to scale
Woollies has none of these competitive advantages. There is no moat.
