MD- ok , i used to shop exclusively at my local Woolies until Coles, which was virtually next door, did a complete renovation.
anyway, my gripe is that since i have not shopped at Woolies now for over 2 months, i still receive no offers about rewards, but with Coles, i am bombarded with tempting offers via email.

ok, i am a holder of WOW , but surely the best way to get new customers and to keep loyal shoppers is a first class rewards and loyalty program.
ps- i think Mr Banducci wants to pull his finger out prior next results.
