Woolies seems to be doing ok in the centre development side;
Woolworths fully owned development arm Fabcot has been responsible for over 100 shopping centre developments nationally
- On average Woolworths open 10 shopping centres every year
- Centres such as Menai Marketplace, Richmond Marketplace and Plumpton Marketplace were all developed by Fabcot and now consistently rank in the top 10 of Mini Guns most successful centres in the Shopping Centre News.
