Mate look at the Teachers Bank of NSW and the NSW Police and Customs Bank.....
They are Banks and not Credit Unions anymore.....( get protected by the government and lower interest rates from funders they borrow from unlike credit unions)
Why did they becomes banks.......there is a reason for it.....
