Metal Duster we can tell WOW how to fix their problems but they would not Listen !!!!

1. Wow need to split each store into Half woolies store and half Big W store !!!! at the moment all their stores are too large for customers !!!! Each shelf has so much wasted space with the same product !!! ( This is because they charge the suppliers shelf space !!!! An Antiquated idea if ever there was one )

2. Mix the product range up with woolies and Big W stuff.

3 . Big W needs to revamp like K Mart has done very successfully !!! you can see that K Mart has taken ideas from Ikea and Target USA. K Mart are killing it with good funky adds on TV and Cheap Funky Homewares.

4. Any left over leases can be used for a few woolies clearance outlets !!!!! and a smaller Funky Furniture Retailer to take on Ikea on a small scale

5. Build up the Pub and Pokie business and float it off as an inspecie distribution to all current holders.

6. Build a range of smaller convienience stores open 24/7 to take on 7/11

7 . Utilise good land holdings to build apartment towers next their suburban shopping centres.


Easy !!!! just need the right people to implement this
