the claim is over AZA..in regards to BMG, but BPT is unaffected as far as I am aware.
perhaps its a sign WPL regret the sale of the asset....which will be worth even more following July/ August upgrade to reserves.
Don't you think it is strange WPL are only acting now....2 years down the track? sounds a pretty shakey claim to me
