I would disagree here as posted in MEO thread. They wouldn't award those contracts without a certainty that they HAVE such volume to fill. Success via drilling isn't a certainty. Artemis has a 1/3 chance of finding anything, whilst pretty high chance, there's still at 66% of failure. I don't think a sound management will take such chances. I'll be quite surprised if they do.

It doesn't mean that WPL is ruled out as the preferred farminee. I just think it's quite unlikely that these trains are for artemis.
