Hi Rhama ,sorry I was not clear .

Buffett says if you want to get rich, you may have to say NO to 100 investment ideas before you say YES to one .

Generally , whether in Resource Sector or in general stock markets , investors generally tend to rush into buying as soon as they read or hear some thing .

We have to take opposite route and try to find all reasons to reject the investment in that scrip. Read news ,blog boards ,chats ,ask questions and mail the mgmt .Generally we must try to discredit the idea and see if we succeed.

If the stock idea still looks ok , we must move on to the positive side and see mgmt quality and growth prospects ( for GPR it will be a mine build with say a two million oz reserves)

If in the process if the stock SP increases too much it is ok ,we can leave it and look for other options . Most of the HC investors you find are stuck in a major way in a few positions with big paper losses for years together .

I was talking in this angle .
