Good choice in wood heater.
That's what the guy in Tasmania that repaired and installed them had. He said it was the best stove you could get.
I didn't bother with the fan either. I've had them before, been unimpressed and not used them.
I never forgot that and bought the Lopi Republic 1750 based on it. Yours would be be over the top for my place but i'm still jealous because it's the biggest and best.
I stayed in a cabin in Tasmania in the winter with no floor insulation and it was perishing in it.
