Zipper, connect your phone to the computer with a USB cord. It should then appear as a connected device and a Auto play window dialoge box should apear.

Select open and view files and you will see a icon named storage device or some thing, if you have a SD card in your phone that will appear as well.

Click on the icon and you will see all the files it contains, Click on a file named DCIM and in there should be a file named camera or photos and that will be where the photos are.

Basic once your connect the phone to the computer you can navigate and access all the files in it just like all other files on your hard drive.
