But, I have done the numbers and so have some of my neighbors - including a bloke who cuts his own - he cuts every week and most days - and this guy is very very good with numbers - he evolutionized some major business in Tassie and Australia.
I asked him why he cuts so much wood if it is more expensive to do it ------------ it's his hobby - he does it to keep fit.
Work the numbers yourself.
I pay between $50 (if I am lucky) and $70 per metre cu. split, delivered and normally stacked.
The heat pump kills both stone motherless dead for cost.
