Read a bit more and burning the CCA treated pine is the only real negative.
Surprising how much tolerance we have for arsenic since it's the 20th most common element on earth and it's well locked up in the posts.
They have to go into landfill for disposal, along with all the other crap we bury out of site out of mind.
They are far from ideal but so is concrete.
