When I had my last business, warranty claims took priority over all other work to minimise the customer's inconvenience and maximise their satisfaction with our service to them. 2 weeks and several follow up calls, a requested photo sent and a shop visit to inspire action doesn't encourage me to use them again.
Let's hope I don't have to.

Wow,I'm glad you did not have a fire mate.Have you gone into the ceiling to inspect the flue?I guess you have removed the whole flue?You have only just bought this heater recently if i remember correctly.
