Wow,sounds like you have got a beautiful setup going on.I'm impressed,I will be moving house in a couple years time will definitely be looking into a setup similar to yours.I have no idea about venturi cowls so sorry i cant help you there.Things are starting to warm up now,So maybe only a few more fires before spring truly kicks in.Going to miss burning the wood,gets very addictive to feel that wood fired heat and the glow of the heaterI'm afraid i'll suffer some withdrawal symptoms
But then again the charcoal spit will be going a few times a week and the beer will start to flow again so all good
