Keeping NZ was a good move but in reality was only enabled by the banks signing off on the debt deal, in essence the debt deal saved the company as we know it, I bought in assuming we were going to be picked apart and sold off to the highest bidder.
Looks as though much more upside is now probable as long as nothing stupid is done, they aren't allowed to pay divi's and don't need to sell anything, that's a good place to be in as those would be the two value destroying mistakes at this point in time.
$3.50 bid failed previously and we were in worse shape, I'd be selling in the high $3's if it got there soon, that target would move up by around 10% a year though
