Sorry dera old Gard's.......You werent in court as you say....neither was I...but maybe defendants didnt take stand as they felt that the case against them was so weak as to not warrant giving evidence under oath which may have incriminated them more......Look at the current hoo ha going on in South Australia...A woman say's that the premier had sex with her and alleges all sort of things happened....He then comes's out and Deny, Deny, Deny!!!
