Not desperate in the slightest...In fact if you look back over the last week or so, have'nt posted since 18th...only did so because of bating by Gard's.....I, Like MMX extremely confident of "successful" Outcome........I just merely re confirmed the 4 points that make chm's case...all except the $153k impossible to prove..... reports from independent court attendee's say whole case (barring 153k) lacked any substance and certainly no damning evidence.......You can stand up in court and tell any story you like, but eventually it gets down to having to produce hard factual evidence and proof....Chm had none...Just a well constructed and plausible story.....But not enough in a court case.....But please continue to buy more chm if you want, each to their own....
